{Inspirations} 13 DIY Green Projects

No, I am not talking the earth-friendly green here (although I am a big fan of that, too).  We are talking lime, kelly, citron, emerald, sea foam, sage, olive. 

Joy at How Joyful shared her upcycled ceiling fan yesterday (see #1 below) - I adore how the bold grass green pops against the bright white!  Joy inspired me to seek out other DIY decor projects in springy shades of green, and I found 13 that I just had to share.

If you read this post from earlier this week, you know that our humble little family is now (and for the foreseeable future) living in an apartment.  Did I mention that it's a third floor walkup and that I hate stairs?  But I digress...

Apartment living doesn't afford much space for crafting, or for using my upcycled and handmade pieces.  So for the moment, I am pinning my favorite DIY decor ideas and sharing them here at The Colorful Ones.  We praise God for the lessons we're learning in this stage of our lives, and I know that when the time comes for us to be homeowners again, I'll be chock-full of ideas to make it perfectly ours!

Which of these ideas is your favorite?  And what's your favorite shade of green?  I am partial to rich sages and olives, and vibrant limes and citron greens myself.
